General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to the website of the Institute for Integral and Transpersonal Psychology, Nastja Pozelnik s.p., Pipanova pot 14, 1000 Ljubljana, tax number: 29617383, contact: [email protected], phone: 031 467 665. The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the website, the terms of purchase through the online store, the rights of users and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

1. Introductory provisions

The General Terms and Conditions have been compiled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and take into account the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT).

2. Services and products

The provider offers psychological counseling, medical hypnosis programs and school, and the sale of physical and digital products. The content is intended for educational and informational purposes. The provider does not assume responsibility for user decisions made based on the content provided.

3. Ordering and payments

Purchases in the online store are possible 24/7. Payments are possible by bank transfer, payment cards and other methods listed on the site. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Delivery is possible within the Republic of Slovenia. The delivery time for physical products is 3-7 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product. Delivery costs are stated upon order.

5. Copyright

All content (text, images, materials, videos) is the property of the provider or its contractual partners. Any reproduction, distribution or use without the written consent of the provider is not permitted.

6. Communication with customers

The provider contacts users only through the data they provide when registering or ordering. The contact is intended for notifications, order processing and support. The provider undertakes not to use the contact data for other purposes without consent.

7. Disclaimer

The provider strives to provide up-to-date and correct information, but product features, content or prices may change. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer in a timely manner and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the order.

8. Final provisions

All disputes are subject to the law of the Republic of Slovenia. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Ljubljana is the court of law. These general terms and conditions are valid from the date of publication and may be changed at any time. The updated version will always be published on the website.

Refund and cancellation policy

This document sets out the conditions for product returns, contract withdrawal and cancellation of services (consultations and programs).

1. Return of physical products

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the physical product without giving any reason. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all accompanying documents. The return costs are covered by the buyer. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the product.

2. Digital products

For digital products (e-books, web programs, recordings), a refund is not possible if access has already been enabled or the content has been downloaded, as these are goods that are by their nature inseparably linked to the user.

3. Services and consulting

The customer may cancel a consultation or individual service appointment no later than 48 hours before the agreed time. If cancellation is made later, the appointment is considered completed and the customer is obliged to pay the full amount.

4. Programs and workshops

For multi-day programs and workshops, the customer can cancel no later than 7 days before the start of the program. In this case, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded, 20% will be retained as an administrative cost. In the case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the program, a refund is not possible.

5. Complaints

In the event that the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, the buyer must notify the provider within 8 days of receipt. The provider will correct the error by replacing the product or refunding the purchase price.

6. Refund process

The buyer must notify the provider of the return via email at [email protected]. After confirming the return, they will receive further instructions for sending the product.
